Parking: Free guest parking is available on the east side of the parking lot. Pull in, park anywhere marked for guests, and walk over to my apartment.
About my space
My condo is set up specifically for teaching - a comfortable table, good lighting, and everything we need within reach. When you arrive, the tiles, racks, and handouts will already be laid out and ready.
A heads-up: I share my home with a calm, aloof cat. She mostly keeps to herself - but please be aware if anyone in your group has pet sensitivities.
What to bring
Just yourself. No tiles, no racks, no books - I've got every last thing we'll need.
Feel free to BYOB. Wine, sparkling water, an iced coffee - whatever makes your Mahjong time with me more comfortable. Light snacks are welcome too. Just nothing sticky or greasy, please (the tiles will thank you).
What I provide
Everything you need to learn Mahjong the easy, joyful way - tiles, racks, mats, teaching tools, and printed handouts. Plus the table, the chairs, and a setup that's been thoughtfully arranged for learning.
Already have your own American Mahjong set you'd like to use? Bring it along and let me know when you arrive - we can absolutely play with yours.
