All bookings are non-refundable. If you can't attend your scheduled lesson, you may reschedule once within 6 weeks of the original date at no additional charge.
We understand life doesn't always fit neatly inside a 6-week window. When extenuating circumstances genuinely prevent rescheduling (extended travel, family emergencies, medical issues, major life events), a partial refund may be granted based on the notice you gave from the original lesson date. To request an exception, email gaia@masteryourmahjong.com with your original booking date and a short note about your circumstances. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Physical products purchased on masteryourmahjong.com are final sale.
Tile Tally App & League
Tile Tally is a free companion app offered by Master Your Mahjong to help players track their games. The Tile Tally League is an optional paid season played inside it. The following applies to both.
Provided as is. Tile Tally and the league are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, for your enjoyment. I take reasonable care to protect your information and keep the app running, and your name, phone, and email are used only to sign you in and operate the app. They are never sold or shared, as described in the Privacy Policy above.
No guarantees. I do not guarantee any particular result, improvement, ranking, outcome, or satisfaction from using Tile Tally or taking part in the league. And while I do my best, I cannot promise the app will always be available or completely free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.
No liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Master Your Mahjong and Gaia Banovich are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising from your use of Tile Tally or the league, including a data breach, loss or deletion of data, a service interruption, or any other event outside my reasonable control. No compensation or reparations will be provided.
League registration. All league registration fees are non-refundable. The one exception is if I cancel a season, at my discretion, in which case everyone registered for that season is refunded in full.
Voluntary participation. Creating a Tile Tally account and joining the league are entirely voluntary. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and take part of your own free will.
