Lessons & Products
Group Lessons and Events registrations are non-refundable. Transfers are permitted with advance notice and the new attendee’s name and contact information. No-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the registration fee.
Private and Zoom Lessons may be canceled once, up to 24 hours before the lesson, to receive a credit toward another date within 6 weeks. Please notify Master Your Mahjong as soon as possible. If you do not reschedule within the 6-week window - or if you attempt to cancel more than once - the entire booking fee is forfeited.
Event bookings canceled within 24 hours will result in a forfeit of 100% of your ticket cost.
League session bookings canceled within 24 hours will result in a forfeit of 100% of your ticket cost or a forfeit of 1 session from your multi-pack purchase.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate the lessons/events.
